TAXE is a platform that connects passengers with taxi drivers. We act solely as an intermediary and do not operate as a transport service provider.
Our app does not require user registration. Anyone can access and use the app to connect with available drivers.
All payments are handled directly between the customer and the driver. TAXE is not involved in any part of the payment process and assumes no responsibility for disputes related to fares or payments.
TAXE does not manage or store booking details. There is no cancellation option within the app. All booking confirmations or changes must be handled manually between the driver and the customer.
We are not liable for any accidents, delays, losses, or disputes that occur between drivers and customers. The use of the app is at the user's own risk.
The app is intended for users aged 14 and above. Users under this age are not permitted to use TAXE.
TAXE does not collect or store personal, location, or device data. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.
TAXE may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
